Pros

The people make the community- the students are truly incredible and have so much potential.

Cons

Old traditions and bureaucracy keeps Converse behind. Regardless of its new initiatives and marketing, the board of trustees and major donors as well as “traditional” faculty keep this place from reaching its full potential.
