Good colleagues Good sense of mission Enjoyed my students

Cons

The place will suck the life out of you. There are never enough resources and faculty and staff are asked to do more and more with few raises and little budget.

There are none if they don't like you then they wont develop you. Also athletic department is undercover racist as well

Terrible place to work as a whole. Athletics department is terrible and they don't know how to run a athletics department.
