      Don’t believe the self promotion. All these 5 star reviews are from a toxic culture that requires this behavior

      Pros

      If you behave exactly how they want and think exactly how they want….live your work life like a high school that someone figured out a way to have Sororities for 15 year olds…then you might enjoy it.

      Cons

      Imagine a work environment where you have to worry about clicks, favoritism, and fake “family” cosplay. Horrible people plastered with fake smiles and fake personalities

      Pros

      Conversion is the most employee oriented company I have ever had the joy working for. The company culture is a breath of fresh air. We work hard but play so much harder. Best bosses I have ever, and will ever have.

      The trucking industry is not the most riveting
