Pros

The company's compassion and generosity especially during this trying times of pandemic. Considerate in giving premium pay and temporary sick leave pay program. Not to mention that co-employees are like family.

Pros

Easy work, polite and knowledgeable trainers. Direct deposit pay.

Cons

Ghetto environment, will hire literally ANYONE, the open door policy is bs -- don't use it, they do not trust their employees, high turnover rate, their strict no harassment policy actually encourages harassment due to no one wanting to complain and lose their job.
