      The leadership team have been attentive and flexible to my needs as I transitioned into my new role. Healthy approach to creating an emerging majority and diverse work force that is equitable and non binary for all. Fosters a positive team building environment. Excellent training and growth opportunities. Great communication between my direct supervisor and my team! Strives hard to do the right thing. Adequate benefits package.
