Pros

Employees truly care for one another.

Cons

Convoso has completely changed and is not heading in the right direction. Leadership lacks consistency and real support for employees. The VP of HR comes across as caring at first, but that quickly shifts it often feels like once they get what they need from you, they start looking for ways to push you out instead of helping you grow. Ownership also lacks professionalism and boundaries, with instances of employees being spoken to harshly in group chats. It creates a very uncomfortable work environment. The company has a long-standing pattern of replacing employees while continuing to bring in more leadership-level executives. Instead of investing in and developing their team, they keep adding more SVPs and VPs, which does nothing to improve morale or stability. Overall, leadership does not care about employees or provide proper guidance. Don’t rely on the 5-star reviews this place is not what it seems.

Pros

My experience working for Convoso has been frustrating, but I have been able to keep going despite all the stress due to the support of my coworkers. Being able to work with such talented, hard-working individuals is a privilege.

Cons

Convoso has been one of the most suffocating and frustrating companies I have ever worked for. The leadership is incredibly controlling and arrogant; they think they know better than everyone else. They constantly meddle in employees' work and tell them how to do their jobs, even if they have no idea what they're talking about. They constantly hire specialists, but they end up doing absolutely nothing, because they just end up being ignored and told what to do, pushing them to eventually leave the company a few months after they're hired. Leadership values obedience, and they would rather reward obedient yes-men over talented, hardworking individuals who are proactive and constantly question them. If you're looking to grow and advance your career, Convoso will not be a good fit for you.

Take the 5-star review with a grain of salt

Pros

At its worst, this business turns compliance into a shield rather than a safeguard — helping companies push aggressive outreach right up to the legal edge without changing the underlying behavior. It optimizes for volume and risk avoidance, not consent or respect, and uses “compliance” to legitimize practices that still feel intrusive and harmful. In that model, the product protects liability, not people

Cons

Everything about this, especially the unethical owners. Some colleagues were pressured by one of the owners, who is unhinged and have an anger issue, to leave positive reviews, which says a lot. These people cut corners and use the company to fund their personal wealth and hoping for an easy exit. They were sued before and got shut down by the FTC. If you’re reading this, take the 5-star reviews with a huge grain of salt, most have no real detail and feel generic or forced. Do your own homework before trusting what you see.
