Great team energy—people are invested in hitting targets and share what works. Fast feedback loops, which means I can adjust my approach and improve quickly. Diverse opportunities that add variety to the daily workflow. Managers keep the team informed of changes so everyone's aligned.

The tech stack is modern – AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Chef, and a lot of automation. There are plenty of challenges here to keep me motivated, and the environment pushes me to learn quickly. Looking back, I realize how much I’ve grown as an engineer. The benefits are strong – health coverage is solid, and time off is respected.

Cons

It took me a lot of time to get familiar with the systems and infrastructure.

Cons

Every single thing about this company is one giant con. The founder runs the show like a wannabe dictator with an ego the size of a skyscraper. Respect doesn't exist here; you could work day and night and still be invisible unless you're part of the inner circle of bootlickers. The turnover is insane! people quit faster than they're hired, and who can blame them when abuse and favoritism are daily norms? Leadership is too busy flexing their luxury purchases while employees scrape by on crumbs. It's a toxic, money-hungry environment where effort means nothing and loyalty gets you nowhere. Suggestion : Try for other companies.
