Pros
This company gives you the floor to challenge what the status quo is and the ability to grow professionally. I came from a stuffy culture where personal/professional growth was never a focus and Convoso has been great about making sure you grow too. I don't get micromanaged which is amazing. I have flexibility with my schedule and there is a huge team attitude in Sales.
Cons
If you are used to structure and a very defined role, this may not be the company for you. As Convoso runs like a startup there are times you may do something outside of your "written" job duties.
