Smart employees. Passionate teams. Amazing perks and benefits. Learning is a priority. Empowerment for problem solving and finding solutions. Future growth is promising.

Cons

Must be comfortable with working hard and owning your decisions (it's a positive for most people).

Pros

Remote work flexibility Free lunch Massages

Cons

Where should I start from: Respect - None. They will not respect you for anything you have done or still doing. The Co-Founder - Egoistic maniac who thinks the world runs around him. Treats everyone like slaves. Favoritism - Executives and Managers love some bootlickers. Greed - Founders went from building a software to building their big bank balances, buying properties and driving fancy cars. They are only in this to make money. No Reward - No appreciation, no growth for the ones who gave their soul, sweat and blood to this company for cheap salaries. Politics - Top Management loves it. This company will kill your excitement and pride that you have in your work and then will call you a toxic person and will fire you.

Pros

A paycheck exists, but so does your declining mental health.

Cons

Leadership is completely disconnected, unapproachable, and out of touch, fumbling through decisions with no clear vision or direction. Employees are suffocated by relentless micromanagement and an overwhelming lack of trust, left underpaid, overworked, and undervalued. The cofounders’ egos clash constantly, creating daily chaos and instability as their inability to align on priorities derails any progress. A toxic blame culture permeates the workplace, with leadership quick to deflect their poor decisions onto employees. Years of dedication and experience are disregarded, as leadership continues to prioritize expensive, revolving-door consultants whose short-lived presence brings more confusion than solutions. Instead of trusting their own team, they bet on outsiders, further eroding morale and leaving employees to pick up the pieces of a crumbling, directionless organization.
