      Pros

      It’s a company where managers focus both on professional development and personal growth. I like managing customer relationships and acting as a strategic advisor rather than simply responding to support requests. A lot of effort goes into building long-term relationships with customers. The culture is definitely another strength: people are happy to collaborate and share feedback.

      Cons

      If you prefer a slower pace, you might find this setup rather demanding.

      When you feel afraid to even raise concerns about your work, there is very little room left for any positive experience at work.

      Cons

      - Managers in the US displayed a consistently toxic and controlling attitude. - Work was tightly controlled with demands that everything be done only one specific way. - Micromanagement was constant, leaving little to no room for trust or independent decision making. - The work environment felt oppressive and extremely difficult to deal with on a daily basis. - Any disagreement or differing opinion was treated as a personal challenge, creating tension and hostility. - Employees felt unable to speak up without facing backlash or conflict.
