      Good for experience, bad for most other things

      Pros

      Small company, got to gain experience in many different areas. Got to work on projects that normally assistant-level roles would not get to work on. Really liked my coworkers.

      Cons

      Extremely overworked, revolving door of staff, unclear leadership direction, not necessarily a friendly/inviting workplace. Tensions were always high.

      room for growth. If you show passion for what you do, and the overall goal is company growth and improvement, it will be noticed.

      Constant flux of employees. Sometimes feels like a revolving door.
