I made a friend working here. Nothing builds a friendship like the trauma-bond of a work environment

Cons

Everything. I haven’t worked here for years and I legit still have nightmares about working in this office. The culture here was so toxic and all teams were so poorly run. It took me one week to realize I made a huge mistake working here. The product I was selling what not at all what they pitched in my interview. The sales manager was a bum and was cherry-picking the best leads for himself because he got commission on top of his salary. The owners are crooks and would openly fight in the office
