      There is none at this place.

      Cons

      Horrible structure. Managers are awful. Higher ups could care less about anyone but themselves. To high of expectations, and just hire to hire without realizing there is not budget.

      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity to make an impact at this company, but don't expect recognition in the form of compensation. Work/Life Balance is okay. Some great people work here!

      Cons

      C-suite is disorganized and focuses too much on daily details instead of strategic company vision and planning. Culture does not feel employee-centric (opened a new office with minimal parking for anyone except C-suite?) Company policies and benefits are not competitive. Compensation is not competitive. Bonus eligibility is extremely vague. A lot of redundancy due to lack of business process or direction.

      Flexible schedule, innovate minds, forward thinking, opportunity for career growth, encouraging of new ideas

      Cons

      If you don't like ambiguity or the process or starting from scratch, this probably isn't the company for you. Although a larger organization, some things still run as a startup. Keep this in mind when applying.
