Pros
- Typical start up environment. Chaotic but with a lot of growth and opportunity for your career. If you're driven, you'll have your pick of what you can do here. - People here are great. Always willing to help, open to collaborating and there's no feeling of stepping on other people's toes - Culture is always improving. Feedback is taken seriously -- improvements are slow to show but its definitely there.
Cons
- When they say it's not a "9 am - 5 pm", the expectation is that it's A LOT longer than that. Don't expect a work-life balance. There's so much work that needs to get done and everything is always urgent/ASAP. - No defined rubric and metrics for career growth. Growth is dependent on you and is defined by you but is a gamble on whether that's accepted.
