      We are a small company but we work big. Everyone knows what their job description is and we all work together to achieve goals. It is also easy to approach any member, including the C Levels for support or questions.

      I can't think of anything right now as I have been enjoying my stay for almost three years now and counting...

      Pros

      I've worked with several companies before and Convoso is by far the best. I feel like I'm part of a family in this team.

      Cons

      If you want to work with Convoso, you will have to constantly learn more and more. Which is great if you need growth both career wise and personal wise. If you want to work in company what challenge your skill less, this may not the company you are looking for.

      Pros

      You get to learn a lot of tech stuff. You also get to work with a lot of great people that you feel very comfortable with. Every day, you get to work closely with owners, managers, developers and the rest of the team which would give you the impression that you are a very important part of the company. Fast paced and has very cool technology which leads to very challenging tasks that help you develop yourself to succeed.

      Cons

      Often family lunches makes me gain weight.
