Pros
-The company is in a tremendous growth phase so there are ample opportunities for everyone to showcase their talents and grow along with. In fact, the company is helping everyone design their career path through IDP( Individual Development Plan). -Great co-workers, managers. people are supportive. -Management very approachable and rewarding and pays attention to your concerns. -Fast-paced, lively environment and friendly work culture -Very strong product
Cons
-Not sure if you should call it con but you are expected to take ownership. The place is not for someone who is afraid of taking challenges and initiatives. -A few of the best practices for developing a product are missing but I can see management is working hard to put them in place.
