I appreciate the good tools, which make it easier to deliver results. It's also nice to do work that doesn't get repetitive. My colleagues are really knowledgeable and love to share what they know, so people help each other improve. There are many opportunities to take on more responsibility, building up your confidence and career along the way.

If it weren't for the awful leadership, Convoso wouldn't have been that horrible a company to work for.

Cons

Employees are constantly leaving due to how toxic and hostile the leadership is. They treat employees like garbage, constantly making unreasonable demands without caring about their well-being. They show no appreciation for anyone's hard work, much less reward them for it, but if you fall short of their expectations, but are quick to yell and berate you as soon as you fall short of their expectations.
