Convoso is an excellent place to hone your skills inside a fast-paced, nimble software company. Everyone is moving towards the same goals without losing sight of the strong company values, which are interwoven into the very fabric of this organization. I was lucky enough to be a part of this culture for six years. Having started as a customer support agent, and moving into a sales role and finally a post-sale customer success role. The company invested as much time equipping me with the knowledge necessary to be successful, as I in turn invested in giving back to the company. Convoso wants to see each employee succeed. This is personified by the CEO's level of involvement in each department. Team collaborations are not only encouraged but necessary to succeed. Self-starters are ideal, although the guidance is there if needed. Everyone encourages each other and management takes care of stocking the shelves with delicious snacks and drinks. I highly encourage anyone who's interested in proving themselves in a fast-paced, positive environment to look into Convoso.
