      Pros

      This company is truly built on integrity and patient care. There culture is conservative, ethical, patient centric, and innovative.

      Cons

      The salary and benefits have come aong way, but still slightly below industry standards. Increased benefits could help balance it out.

      Fluid, patient focused company who tries (and succeeds most of the time) to do the right thing. Job security, VERY hard to get let go.

      Lack of direction and role definition.

      Co-workers are very helpful. Engineers within the ETL were willing to help in any case. Very friendly and outgoing.

      Cons

      Management was not too helpful during FDA validation. Organization and communication was terrible during FDA validation.
