Pros
Stability of the Company, working environment and facilities are excellent. Working relationships and the core ethics of the group are everything you would expect in a company. A strong bond between the owners and workers, pride and satisfaction for providing this service to a global community.
Cons
Some managers do not give clear instructions, too scared of committing direction, covering their backs and not making decisions without upper management support. Micro management of designs and holding back creativity, over inflated egos and self obsessiveness creates unnecessary tensions.
