Wages, good old boy club - must be a member to see any advancement. Not enough paid holidays and no incentives for older employees.

A lot of incompetent cronies still hang around; compensation is pitiful; vacation time is standard, but considering the salary - not adequate; they rely on antiquated HR policies and are extremely slow to adapt. The unspoken Cook policy is that when you get a promotion, you have to wait nine months to even be looked at for a raise. Managers rarely look out for the people that work for them. Senior managers are so disconnected it's humorous.
