Pros
The company has always been a fine place to work. I worked nights and it is very laidback, ease of movement from departments. The company has recently hired more supervisors and changed some of its processes. OT is only available sometimes but overall its simple work for decent pay. But compared to its competitors it is lacking on that front.
Cons
Repetitive movements that cause pain in the arm and wrists. All depends on the department you are placed in.
