Pros
This company has began a transformation to cover several areas of the business, including employees. The only reason they didn't get a 5 is because many new programs are still being worked out, worked on or implemented. In 2020, I'd say they will get a 5.
Cons
Some old-way mentality hinders communication and accomplishment of overall company goals.
