      Pros

      Take care of their employees. Great profit sharing. Job security for anyone.

      Cons

      A lot of dead weight and slow to promote new blood. Very set in ways and tend to have a "Good 'ol boy" mentality.

      Pros

      Genuine company, approachable executives, good benefits, gym on campus, quarterly bonuses. Great Apple equipment.

      Cons

      Crappy PTO until you've been there at least 5 years. Micromanaging. For a designer, not the most exciting graphic design work. No room for advancement.

      Pros

      Stability of the Company, working environment and facilities are excellent. Working relationships and the core ethics of the group are everything you would expect in a company. A strong bond between the owners and workers, pride and satisfaction for providing this service to a global community.

      Cons

      Some managers do not give clear instructions, too scared of committing direction, covering their backs and not making decisions without upper management support. Micro management of designs and holding back creativity, over inflated egos and self obsessiveness creates unnecessary tensions.
