      Pros

      good insurance, clean place to work, offers disability insurance, they do not discriminate when hiring, everyone has to follow rules.

      Cons

      Pay should be more for what is expected, if you want people to put their all into a job the employees need to be somewhat happy and paid a little more. You want perfection which is what a medical supply should be but your pay is no more than what someone making hamburgers get.

      There is zero accountability and you can basically never get fired.

      Cons

      Really poorly managed company that refuses to look at the outside world. All promotions are based on who you know. The pay is the worst in the industry. Park 48 food is terrible and the coffee is disgusting.
