      Pros

      Company hires some of most unprofessional people for this type of work imaginable. (Pro for those who get hired) No drug testing policy, ever. Not at hire, not on April 20th.

      Cons

      Pay starts at 9.40 per hour. Will need to keep your food stamps and Medicaid benefits going for this duration of employment. Extremely high turn over rate. Company hires replacements in batches of girls. Eventually Canton won't have any more replacement people available. Very high number of ex-cook employees in town

      Pros

      Expense is not spared for resources needed to work. There is a true open door policy. Management is down-to-Earth and willing to help. Company as a whole truly has what is best for patient care mind set

      Cons

      If you do a great job, the more likely you will not move around, too easy to get stuck in one position so you be everyone's go-to.
