      Really great health insurance and benefit package.

      Cons

      Wage is a little lower than competing employers. Always being reactive to problems instead of being proactive. Individual project structure with different priorities between production engineering, operations, sustaining engineering, and quality engineering which makes it hard to finish projects in a timely manner.
