      Several divisions are growing so there is always a new opportunity. Expanding into developing markets which also provides opportunities to work abroad..

      Cons

      Corporate is in a remote location. Cook has a hard time attracting top talent. Salaries are very low.

      Benefits, great co-workers, mostly interesting work.

      Cons

      Constant changes in low level employee policies resulting in confusion and information fragmentation (policies have literally flipped in a matter of HOURS on several occasions). Poor communication from upper management on what is expected.
