Good work environment, friendly people, nice facility, relaxed casual dress policy, additional leave for new parents, 401k/Life/Disability benefits are good, education assistance
Cons
Compensation is very poor. There's a mentality of 'the way things have always been done' among key stake holders. This limits the progression of the company. The company claims to be modern but it is way behind. There is no wellness program or incentives, no flexible working arrangements for exempt employees and the paid time off is a joke. All of your primary health care is directed to their clinic and their doctors which is very limited. Off-site parking requires a shuttle bus to take you to the campus adding 10 minutes to the commute each way.
