Pros
The work life balance is very strong. You are rarely required to work more than 40 hours in a week unless you want to as a Salary employee
Cons
Lack of direction and understanding required to get out from under the warning letter. Lack of insight from the outside community on business and quality "Best Practices" Some people in management positions do not understand the basic quality requirements of a medical device company (or even know what ISO 13485 / 21 CFR 820 is)
