Pros

Hourly wage was sufficient, raises were decent, location was ideal, assembly was fairly easy once learned, 401K match was nice, bonuses were decent, incentives, casual dress, cafeteria

Cons

The hours of operations 7-330 was never what you worked, there was nearly ALWAYS 10 Mandatory OT hours, Protocol and assembly could change at the drop of a hat, way too much paperwork, If you don't mind working between the hours of 5-430 for at least 10 hours a day or making it up on Saturday (when available) and giving up your PTO or making those hours up, this job could be for you. I for one got tired of being tired, boring work, a very clique like HS environment, eye strain, carpal tunnel problems, and poor management.

Pros

Great coworkers and management. Family Oriented. Privately owned. Lots of benefits. Great 401K plan. Frequent raises. Bloomington is a great place to live.

Cons

Low starting pay compared to peers. That is all that comes to mind.
