Cook Medical Inc reviews

Terrible pay for the industry. Also bad for the area as Bloomington has a weirdly high cost of living but Cook pays small town salaries. Small end of the year raises with no end of year bonuses. Bare minimum amount of paid holidays. Amount of PTO starting out is average, at best, and barely increases every year.

Newer leadership doesn't seem to care about the one thing that has made Cook stand apart from other big companies, its culture. Employees are now just looked at as numbered resources on a spreadsheet.
