      - Can be flexible with work hours depending on a manager

      Cons

      - Subpar benefits - Archaic work mentality (e.g., live to work, etc.) - Performance reviews are a frustrating (e.g., "perfection" is unattainable, but you are evaluated on whether you achieved it, etc.) - Continuing drama over parking spots (some people lost jobs because of the parking spots) The list goes on and on
