Pros

Not one thing was good.

Cons

I would use the term manager loosely at this company. In order to become a manager they have you man all the stations, pass a test for each over several weeks, and then bounce you around. All without proper training. It was a nightmare. Your shift may supposedly end at 2 or 3 on nights but your there closing until the next shift comes in. It was brutal and not at all what the job description entailed

Pros

As a straight, white male, there are zero pros.

Cons

If you aren't black, you aren't getting hired here. I have a LIFETIME of restaurant management. I've been interviewed twice for their MiT program, and been the only white person there. District level and above is all white, but in-store positions are only for black people. There's one just north of here, in an 85% white area, and every single employee is black, as is the staff of every one of their restaurants in this state.
