Great pay but toxic culture and long hours

Pros

Great Pay, benefits are good as well

Cons

Insane working hours, and "Fraternity" attitude from higher ups. "Holier than thou" attitudes, when they were just nepo into their positions byt their peers. Constant downtalk and diminishment of accomplishments. No help from higher ups regarding anything really.

I worked 65-75 hours a week, poured my heart into this company and got nothing in return.

Worked over 75 hours a week. Everything was a competition to others.
