Pros

Opportunity to learn on the job and to take on projects that other companies may not allow you to manage. Great work environment.

Cons

At the time there was limited opportunity for career advancement. I also felt that there was limited opportunity for sales growth given the extreme competition in the kitchen/housewares category.

Pros

good - chill environment with a good location. everyone is nice and fairly happy. low stress in a nice working atmosphere.

Cons

kinda boring. less energy than a startup but much less pressure and stress. overall not too many negatives to report about the company
