Decent money , route, close to home for me anyways, I love the company and everything their about

Cons

Harder work compared to other company’s if doing it the proper cooks way. Got terminated at the end of the month and didn’t get my commission from months of work waiting on customers to pay in. Yeah they wait for the customers to pay before paying you. I lost 4K at least

Management not helpful. You are lucky to see the head man unless something is wrong.

Monotonous, no room to move up in the company. If you want to move up you have to move .
