      Pros

      They are always progressing and giving raises as the market goes up. They keep all equipment up to date and make sure you are well equipped with tools and everything you need for your job. You get a company vehicle that you get to drive home and to work when you get a full time route.

      Cons

      It is a hard labor job but your are compensated for your hard work.

      Paid by the job Work hard, get paid better

      Paid by the job Not paid to make scheduling calls or so other tasks they still demanded of you - therefore, annoyingly long days and even weekend work Pay structure ultimately comes up short - what do you think this was like during COVID?
