Pulling the hoses in customers yard instead of being issued backpacks to speed up production.

Company truck make your own schedule some offices are more lenient than others there are good people there provided schooling provided work phone

Cons

out in the weather some installs can be hard after working all day you have to make your schedule and call customers as there is good people there, there are terrible ones deal with customers taking a management position is normally a pay cut for most routes

Working a lot independently outside in a designated territory as a Field Inspector, company supplied vehicle, meeting with many different people in their homes about their pest issues and explaining how Cook's can help to get rid of their pest issues, opportunities for advancement if desired. I learned a lot about the pest control and termite protection side of service along with sales skills that will carry over to my next job.

Cons

Working in all types of weather and crawling under tight nasty crawlspaces of homes. Not always clear on communicating how you will be compensated for your work performed. Recently restructured their lead contacts hiring hourly paid Sales Specialist selling through internet leads on their website for both their pest control and termite protection services.
