Pros

The fact that you are guaranteed to fail, regardless of how much blood, sweat and tears you give this company.

Cons

Anyone who understands the definition of being in a constant toxic work environment will know I speak from experience. If you are not included in the “Good ol’ Boy’s Club”, you will suffer physical, mental and emotional anguish. It will eat you alive. It will end any preconceived notions you had before being hired . Most everyone understands this symbol “!”. When every message, whether it’s a text, an email, or call ends with multiple exclamation points, you should get out immediately. Constant voluntary turnover: Cook’s Birmingham North office is a perpetual revolving door of human beings saying “Enough it is ENOUGH.”
