Family atmosphere, great benefits, good people

Cons

Corporate is disconnected from the employees at the district level. They see things through a hypothetical world that doesn’t exist. They act like the customers would never try to take advantage of a technician or a situation and will almost always back the customer up at the expense of the tech. Local (office management) is better.

GREAT Company. Family owned, cares about its Employees. Reasonable pay, good working conditions, Benefits, Matching 401K, opportunity to move up.

Cons

There seems to be a lot of turnover in the technical job level. People seem to thrive on it, or it's not for them.
