Good coworkers, great product to sell, somewhat self-managing work day

Cons

Completely unreasonable micromanagement. They will periodically send a corporate head just to check sock colors. They expect you to clock at least 60 hours per week. (Saturdays, weekday nights, etc.) When you aren't selling, you're working for free. And they expect you to do a lot of that. Saturated market.

You can learn alot. They have a designated training facility you will go to to train. Free coffee and occasionally treats.

Cons

Paid twice a month and its a base with commission. If your customer doesn't pay you don't get paid. Lots of extra hours put in for maintaining your route.
