They management is lazy. They treat women and minorities like garbage. They act like children and are shady. They preach about being a "Christian Company" yet they treat their employees like dirt, they lie and cheat. Corporate is no better and the Cook family is greedy, they can buy a three legged turtle and a golf course, but not pay their employees better. You never know what you're going to be making, fromy check to check, and they HATE people who want to do better, whether it be going to a better job, the military, college, etc. They WILL FIRE you or do whatever it takes to make your life hell. They DON'T want you to have a personal life or a social life and they most definitely DON'T want you moving on to "bigger and better opportunities ." They want people who have NO drive or ambition to move on from the company.

Lot of driving lots of standing but really no cons
