Cons

Too many meetings. Micromanaged. Company requires you to ask relatives of dead customers to keep the service. Bosses tell you contradicting things,never know what to believe.

District Manager is a good guy and the company attracts good people.

Cons

The pay is too low to keep and attract good people. Upper management does NOT have good character. The new Vice President does not treat people well. He seems to target in on people who may be a threat to him and abuses his power.
