Hours can be long. Payment schedule is not every other week. It's every 1st and 15th of the month. Sometimes you'll get lucky and get paid on a Friday if the 15th falls on a Sunday. Other days you'll go a 2 weeks plus 2-3 business days without a check. The amount of inspections needed per day. Outdated. Everything is done by hand. Charge backs. When people cancel early or stop paying they take the commission earned out of your check. No direct deposit.

Management is abusive, constant micromanaging, does not care about your family, say they are a Christian based company but that is far from the truth. More care is put on outward contributions to the community than to the employees. Many employees are on state assistance due to low pay.
