Management Unruly customers Can be stressful

Management seems to never know what's going on, at the same time needs to stick their nose and every one's business. no room to grow, pay cap is too low

have to schedule ahead and call pple every night= no family time when you get off

Bad upper management Low pay for the amount of time and effort put into the job

They claim the reason for no beards is that a respirator can't seal but in my time there they would never give me one. Most recent time I brought it up I told my manager the mosquito spray was hurting my lungs and I wanted a respirator his response was ahhh you'll get use to it

Service calls can complicate your workday and put you behind on your route, making it difficult to pick up extra work and sometimes to even finish your own route. When other technicians or supervisors work your stops you lose the commission for those accounts. Months that you take vacation or sick leave your pay will be hit unless you manage to finish your route, which can be very difficult depending on how much time is taken off.

Work life balance is strained due to drive time. From clock in to clock out I have about 11-12 hours each day.

It is a hard labor job but your are compensated for your hard work.

Poor communication, no way to increase your pay except time spent or moving up
