Solid Place for Growth

Pros

Good place to work if you're looking for good work life balance. Good diversity in projects, management that looks out for you. Very forward looking and open to new solutions to old problems.

Cons

Like most engineering companies, room for vertical growth is limited. Work can get repetitive. Tendency to get boxed into a role.

It's okay for Blue Collar work

Pros

As with any blue collar work in this day and age, you can make a lot of money if you stick with it. It's interesting work for sure, keeps you on your toes and fun if you enjoy diagnostics and troubleshooting a large equipment

Cons

Unfortunately, you have to give your life away for 40 hours a week. Can't make plans because chances are you won't be home at 5. On-call schedule is a week once every 6 weeks or so. Lots of favoritism shown. If you like anything that isn't money, this ain't it.
