Cooperative team members, good pay, decent perks

Cons

Many higher-ups treat the place like a cult; not encouraged to share what you know, only to fall in line with the “Cooley” attitude; pretends like it’s a progressive firm, but still behaves like a big law firm; LOTS of egos to contend with, no guidance from upper management on how to do well there

Reasonable salary, friendly people, can do attitude, involvement in worthy causes

Cons

The company doesn’t appear to practice what it preaches. The cognitive dissonance between staff development seminars on neurodiversity, mindfulness and more and how management takes advantage of revenue generating staff seems mind numbing. Adopts hi-tech workspace design without considering the needs of employees - staff and legal pros.
