      Lack of support from corporate to plants, outdated plant technology, mask mandate still in effect

      Pros

      Get to work with people who are friendly, respectful, and intelligent. Love my company, office, and benefits. PTO and holidays are awesome and so is insurance/401(k).

      Cons

      Automotive can be old school in certain aspects.
