Awful place to work

Pros

I would say health insurance but even that doesn't cover much if anything anymore and the price just keeps going up.

Cons

No sick time or sick pay and you will be written up or fired if you miss more than 5 days a YEAR. Overtime is not just mandatory but is often forced last minute. You could be getting ready to punch out and be told you have to stay because someone called in. Overbearing workload.

Pros

Not a lot of pros. It is a job with low base pay. Only made up by the mandatory overtime. If a lazy worker, you will still make as much as those who work hard to achieve the hourly goals set by company.

Cons

Low base pay. Mandatory overtime every week. Work 6 days a week. No work life balance as you are only off Sundays. Treated by employer as expendable. Hard work is not acknowledged so no need to work hard to stand out. Not a lot of opportunities to advance.
